Well, it is official... I am the mother of a first grader. Dominic was sooooo darn excited to start school today. He looked too cute in his uniform. Here are a few pictures from the big day... he was very proud of his new backpack and the fact that he sits in a real desk now instead of at a table. I just don't know where the time has gone...

It is amazing how fast they grow. Great pics, thank you for sharing! I know these moments are bittersweet. As long as you can hold him and hug him, do it. I need to remind myself that more and more.

It is amazing how fast they grow up! My oldest in 6th grade, middle in 5th grade and my baby is in 1st grade...just like yours.
Our kids go to Catholic school in Michigan and it appears that we have the same uniforms as your school.

I also have a blogsite but I blocked mine from the internet...I'm paranoid!
